Since when is workplace safety a federal power?
Posted by: Amy Phillips on January 12, 2004 11:36 AMSince OSHA was upheld I suppose, but yeah -- a federal preemption argument about a regulatory power that shouldn't exist in the first place. The journalist is likely being vague because he doesn't quite understand the nature of the claim.
